With its very central location, our apartment building offers you beautiful apartments in Lofer. Of course, free W-LAN is available in all of our apartments. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments, we ask all smokers to join the balcony or the beautiful garden. In our apartment house are no pets allowed.
The ski storage area is located in the ground floor. You can store your ski and snowboard equipment in this area. Heated shoe dryers are available for ski and snowboard boots, so that your shoes are warm and dry again for the next day.
Our apartment building also has a comfortable lounge, for cosy get-togethers of our guests. While the parents sit together, the children can play in the next room. Children can enjoy a TV with DVD player, a computer game and many other games in the beautiful games room. In our house, children are allowed to be children and can play unhindered.
There is a sunny and child-friendly garden behind our apartment building. A table tennis table, a playground with a slide, a swing and a trampoline provide for entertainment. The large, covered terraces allow you to sit outside, even on a rainy day. A large BBQ area was installed in the garden centre which, of course, is at your disposition, free of charge!
Our car park has a carport for 4 cars. 1 parking space is available per apartment. Should you arrive with several cars per apartment, we might need to request you to use one of the public parking lots in the vicinity. An internal area is available for bicycles, mountain bikes and motorbikes.
